Not suitable for:
Unfortunately with only an upstairs bathroom and the garden being across a narrow busy road down a dozen or so steps to the river, this is a difficult place for anyone with particular mobility issues and children will require supervision.
Our policies:

flexible self check-in any time after 4pm, self check-out before 10am using the keysafe
-
up to 2 dogs are welcome to be kept downstairs and sleep in the games room charged £20 per dog
-
outdoor shoes to be left at the door
-
no events or parties out of respect for the neighbours
-
smoking only outside because of fire risk
-
guests will be charged for phone calls over an hour, damage beyond trivial and dogs upstairs
-
we want to keep Trout Cottage perfect so please report anything missing or damaged

please return things to their original place before leaving

after check out the housekeeper will leave a review of how guests have left the cottage
